prepare for next level.
This Summer has been fast paced, amazingly busy for him & family yet very exciting and
productive. Winn now owns total of 5 NAG record, 3 long course and 2 of short course.
We will continue to work hard for next level up, so stay tuned.

Winn Aung (next Michael Phelps?)
We being asked that "Is Winn Aung following his father
Than Tun Aung's foot steps?"
The answer is "No". He is simply a lot faster than his Dad. Redding 10 years old is
breaking all US national records in hurry. Winn recently set a National Record in the 100 meter Freestyle with a time of 1:01.21. The old record was 1:02.29 set by Kris Humphries in 1995.
Since Michael Phelps is retiring and has no plan to come back for Rio 2016 games, Winn is
considered US top secret project for 2020 Olympic team. It is just a coincident that Winn's middle name is "Michael" also.
Below are TV News interview video clips, photos & headline News links including Swimming World’s Magazine article about Winn’s National Record..

Tin Aye going Atkins
Congratulation to
Tin Aye who recently created a website for low-carb diets. Tin Aye was searching right diet remedy to fight against common health issues in our age such as obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes & etc.
Tin Aye found low-carb diets very helpful, so he wants to share information, video clips on that area.

Below is Tin Aye's blog on low-carb diet info links, video clips, etc.
Hi everybody! As we get older and more and more classmates are passing away, we must find a healthy life style in order to avoid chronic diseases.
Over the past few months, I have been searching the truth about different weight loss diets -- including the popular Atkins' diet and the conventional wisdom of low fat calorie-restricted diet. The greatest stimulus to do this was Reader's Digest's article "Is this any way to lose weight? " written by Gary Taubes. I doubted him and started searching the literature. After more than 70 articles, my conclusion is " carbohydrates can cause insulin release which in turn can lead to many chronic diseases like DM, HTN, CAD, stroke & cancer ". It might sound exaggerating, but I will give you evidence for this later on.
First of all, I want to share with you the documentary from You Tube: BBC talks about Atkins (5 segments altogether)

In the Scandinavian nations of Sweden and Norway, there is a "Food Revolution" going on which was led by a family Dr called Andreas. Here's his talk on low-carb diet:

Dr Andreas has an English version of his Swedish website:

There is an expert on low-carb diets that I think is quite remarkable:
Dr Eric Westman on Low-carb myths (5 segments altogether). It is the talk given on the low-carb cruise (luxury ship travel).
