Soe Soe Nwe passed away

Soe Soe Nwe passed away on Nov 25, 2009 in Malaysia. All our IM (1) of 1986 classmates are deeply saddened by the news. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Than Tun Aung & Jarlin's visit

Than Tun Aung from California and Jarlin couple from New York visited Yangon. They had a dinner gathering with classmates at Kantawmin Shwe Bei restaurant on November 18, 2009.

Moe Kyaw Thu's US visit

Moe Kyaw Thu post some photos he taken during his recent trip to L.A and last year trip to NYC. He also wrote a below "thank-you note" to all friends in LA.

Sein Quan's US visit

Sein Quan and family from Taiwan visited to US in July, 2009.

They visited San Francisco, San Jose, Santa cruz, Los Angels (Disneyland), Las Vegas and also East coast (New York, Washington, etc.) Sein Quan met with Kyi Maung family in California and Maung Maung Kyine in New York.

May Thinn's visit

May Thinn from Chicago visited to Yangon in early July, 2009 and had a classmates gathering lunch at Shwe Bei (Golden Duck) restaurant near Shwedagon pagoda.

She also had another dinner at Western Park Royal restaurant at Kandawgyi.

Win Sein Myint

Win Sein Myint is developing some Hydropower plants projects in Tang-Yang and Taunggyi areas, Shan State. He is also doing GP there.

It looks like Win Sien Myint's Hydropower plant is working :-)

Thi Han's visit

Thi Han from Australia visited back Yangon from January 17 to February 2. His wife and kid were left in Sydney.

Thi Han met with some classmates on January 23 at the Pwint-Thit-Sann restaurant and had some beers, coffee, soda, etc.

Khin San Win & Tin Tin Win Shwe

Khin San Win from Portland (Win Myint & Ryan stayed home) and Tin Tin Win Shwe from Japan visited to Yangon in January, 2009 and had a gathering dinner at Kan Taw Min Shwe Bei restaurant on Jan 4.

Jar Lin and her husband Robert from U.S, Kyaw San and Thin Thin Nwe from Australia also came back visit to Yangon but could not make it to dinner as they have other family gathering.
